Who We Are
A Farmer-Led Organisation in H.D. Kote, Karnataka.
Established in 2023 as Nagarahole Sheep and Goat Farmer Producer Company Limited, the organisation works with farmer shareholders through agricultural training, technical guidance, access to agricultural inputs, livestock-related programmes and farmer exposure visits.
The organisation has grown from approximately 300 initial shareholders to currently 664 shareholders, with its farmer community increasing each year.
What We Do?
Sustainable Agriculture
& Farmer Training
We conduct village-level training programmes and provide field-level technical guidance on practical and sustainable agricultural practices.
Agricultural Inputs
& Equipment
We facilitate access to agricultural inputs, crop-protection products and equipment.
Livestock Development
Supporting farmers in sheep, goat and cattle rearing through training, livestock management and related livelihood activities.
Our Approach
Knowledge
Village-level agricultural training and technical guidance.
Access
Agricultural inputs and equipment supplied to farmers, with selected items provided at approximately 15–20% below market prices.
Exposure
Farmer visits to agricultural institutions, progressive farmers, markets, producer companies and processing facilities.
